Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Account Plan Pro (“the Service”), a software application that generates enterprise sales account plans from publicly available U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The Service ingests the most recent 10-K or 10-Q filing for a public company you specify and produces a summarized sales account plan. The output is a research and preparation aid generated from third-party source documents; we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of error.
3. Not investment advice
Account Plan Pro is a sales-enablement tool. Nothing it produces is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it must not be used as the basis for any securities transaction. Always verify material facts against the original filing.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reselling generated plans as a competing data product, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Intellectual property
Source filings are public records of the SEC. The Service’s software, structure, and presentation are owned by Account Plan Pro. Account plans you generate are yours to use within your organization.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Account Plan Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
