Overview
This policy explains what Account Plan Pro (“we”) collects, why, and what choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, and billing information handled by our payment processor); the tickers and filings you request; and basic technical data such as device type and app diagnostics used to keep the Service reliable.
What we don’t collect
We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles. The SEC filings we analyze are public records and contain no personal data of yours.
How we use it
To generate your account plans, operate and improve the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account or important changes.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor that is PCI compliant. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Data retention
We retain account and plan history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, and we will remove it except where retention is required by law.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
